Who ships your order

Each product page ends at a partner store. When you place an order there, the contract is with that store: it charges the card, packs the box and provides the tracking number. This site is a catalog that describes the ATOPALM line in one place, with sizes and formats spelled out.

Timings

Delivery windows, cut-off times and shipping costs are set by the partner store and shown at checkout before you pay. Domestic US orders typically move within a few business days; a bundle can take a day longer than a single tube if the items ship from different warehouses.

What can slow a parcel down

• Address details that do not match the card, which triggers a manual check
• Public holidays, which pause carrier scanning as well as dispatch
• Heat-sensitive items in midsummer, occasionally held for a cooler dispatch slot
• Multi-item bundles split across warehouses

Tracking

Tracking numbers come from the store that shipped the parcel, usually by email within a day of dispatch. We cannot look up an order here, because the order never touches this site. If tracking has stalled for more than a few days, the store's support line is the fastest route.

Storing what arrives

Keep creams and lotions out of direct sun and away from a radiator. A pump bottle that has been in a hot car will still work, but the texture can thin out. Sun sticks in particular prefer a drawer to a dashboard.
